Casey has performed with ensembles throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. In addition to performing on horn, he has regularly performed four-in-hand handbells and bass guitar in styles ranging from classical and jazz to bluegrass.

He currently performs as a member of the Kansas City Wind Symphony, the KC Wind Symphony Brass Quintet, and is second horn in the Northland Symphony Orchestra.
